Thanks for choosing to Accept Payments with Merchant Advisory Services. In this start guide we will cover all the basics on how to get started like How to Sign Up or Create An Account, How to Start Taking Payments and How to Contact Support when you need assistance.

Create An Account

To Get Started With Merchant Advisory Services simply click Sign Up at the top of this page. If you would like to learn more before you sign up just Request A Demo.

Sign Up

Whenever you need to access your account just Log In by visit your dashboard from the internet. Even if you download our mobile payment app from the app stores, you will still need to Create An Account from the dashboard first.

In order to do this, you just need to go to the Dashboard, then click Create An Account all the way at the bottom, and if you already have an account, then all you have to do is just enter your email and password to Sign In.

Complete The Following Steps

To get started just complete the following steps.

1. Choose A Currency
2. Select A Company Name
3. Select A Brand Color
4. Select a Background Image
5. Enter Your Email Address

Then just check the box to agree to the terms then click 'Create my Account'.

The last step is to 'Secure Your Account'. This is where we ask you to take a minute to enter your details so we can verify and secure your account to process payments.

Here are the steps you will need to complete to 'Secure your Account'.

1. Choose a Payment Link
2. Add A First & Last Name
3. Add Your Address
4. Add Your Date Of Birth
5. Add Your Phone Number
6. Add A Website If Your Have One (Optional)
7. Choose the Nature of your Business Industry or Sector
8. Finally, Choose A Password
9. Click Activate My Account.

Then check your email for a welcome message from us with more instructions on how to start accepting payments. Here are some other helpful articles to get you started:

Different Ways To Take Payments

With the Merchant Advisory Services payment app, you can take payments in a variety of ways. Here are all the different ways you can accept payments.

Take A Payment

Taking a payment is when Manually enter your customer's payment card information.

Request A Payment

To send an invoice or to request a payment send an email or text with your payment link to a customer. .

Share Your Payment Link

Copy and paste your payment link to share on the web or social media platforms.
